We will always ask for your permission to gather and store personal data. Personal data is personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, e-mail, current employer and job title. 

The information collected is used to review your application as well as contact you with information regarding the recruitment process.

Storage of your data
For recruitment purposes, your data will be stored for the duration of the recruitment process. If submitting an open application that is not connected to a specific vacancy your data will be stored for three months.

Removal of your data
If you wish to remove your information before its automatic removal please contact us at hello@smarton.social with your request.
